Q : How do I place an order with ar32.com ?
A : Simply click the product you wish to purchase, enter the quantity/size/colour and click ADD TO CART. To continue your shopping click CONTINUE SHOPPING. When you are ready to complete your order click CHECKOUT. You will then be invited to login or register , the personal data bank that records your personal details for use each time you shop online at ar32.com. If you'd rather not login or register with My Details, click on QUICK CHECKOUT.
The first step of checkout is delivery details and you will be asked to fill out necessary information such as name, address and delivery address in the appropriate boxes. Please ensure a full delivery address including postcode is specified.
The second step covers postage and packing. This screen lists your delivery address/es and you are available to change the address to receive package at this step.
The third step covers payment. Simply choose the payment method you will do, we currently only accept Visa and Mastercard. Meanwhile, you can leave the comments about your order at this step.
Finally, you have a chance to check details for your order for confirmation, you are allowable to change anything remains unsatisfactory. Q: Can I change my order?
A: We are unable to amend your order, however, it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to despatch. Please send us emails to inform that. Once the item is despatched, we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 14 days to return your item for a full refund.

A: All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. Q: How long will it take to delivery?
A : Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 1-2 work days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. EMS is the main shipping method we use to deliver goods, and it normally takes 7-10 work days, the slow shipping method normally takes 7-15 work days.
Q: What happens if I am out when you deliver?
A : If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier/carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact post office in the details to check package status and send us emails to inform that.If, however, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you. Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.
